Authorized access

Use only an account and workspace you are authorized to access. Keep credentials and private links secure, provide accurate account information, and tell Forecareer if you suspect unauthorized access. Workspace permissions determine which records and actions are available to you.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize Forecareer and its service providers to process that content to operate Ladder and the features you use. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, import, share or send information, including candidate and client information.

Do not use Ladder for unlawful activity, unsolicited or abusive communications, discriminatory practices, unauthorized data collection, attempts to bypass access controls, or interference with the service.

Connected services and communications

Google and other integrations require authorization and are also subject to their providers’ terms. Review recipients, attachments, event attendees and content before approving communications or publication. Disconnecting an integration does not recall messages, invitations or documents already delivered.

AI assistance and decisions

AI-generated research, summaries, drafts and scores may be incomplete or incorrect. Review them against supporting information before use. You remain responsible for recruiting decisions and actions taken through your account. Ladder does not guarantee a hiring outcome, candidate suitability or the accuracy of third-party information.

Privacy and confidentiality

Handle recruiting records and private communications confidentially and share them only with authorized recipients. Our privacy policy describes how Ladder processes information, including connected Google data, and how to request deletion.

Availability and account closure

Features may change or become unavailable, including when a connected provider restricts access. We may restrict access to protect the service or address misuse. Contact Forecareer to discuss account closure or request your information. Closure and disconnection do not automatically delete every retained record; see the privacy policy.
